I've lived in London since 2012,
I've just moved to Brighton in March 2026, bringing with me a deep love for coffee and the fast rhythm of busy cafés.

I thrive behind the coffee machine in high-energy environments, crafting beautiful drinks quickly, keeping the flow of service smooth, and working closely with a strong team is where I perform at my best.

Over the years I've also trained new baristas, helping them develop confidence, technique and consistency. Coffee for me goes far beyond the cup — I'm passionate about the entire journey, from farming and roasting to brewing and latte art.

My goal is simple: serve exceptional coffee and contribute to a café culture that feels energetic, welcoming and professional.
